I asked for help about how to collect winnings when the casino was telling me i could only get removed link of the 3, removed link i had to pay removed link just to get that, and nicole responded, said she would look into it, never heard back, i messaged her twice, no response

Question:
i played the 45 free spins on diamond reels offer, and had winnings of over removed link , it told me in order to claim this amount, to play thru 9, removed link , so i did, and had a total of $3, removed link left, it said amount withdrawable: $3, removed link , so i tried to withdraw, customer service says i can only get $ removed link of that money, and i have to deposit another $ removed link to get that, removed link i dont understand why it said to get the removed link play thru, i spent 3 days playing thru that nine removed link this doesnt seem right
