Antigua and Barbuda has recently changed its citizenship rules. They will accept payment in the form of Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies in exchange for citizenship. They are trying to get money back into their National Development Fund after having been cut down to $100,000 with last yearβs hurricane trauma.
The price of this citizenship is 13 BTC. The good news is, they are well aware of the dangers accepting cryptocurrency can impose and their prime minister is all over it.
So, are we all going over to Antigua?
