Apparently, people love going to brick and mortar casinos in Portugal. With online casinos being so prominent and convenient, there has been a recent drop in brick and mortar casino funds. But, not for Portugal.

In 2018, they reported an increase of 3.1% with over $318 million in revenue! In case, you were wondering they have some pretty beautiful casinos in some of the best locations around the world. It’s no wonder people love going to visit them in person as opposed to an online deal.

Estoril-Sol was the highest grossing casino in 2018 with a 2.4% increase from the previous year and over $197 million in revenue. Every other casino in Portugal also reported an increase from the previous year with more gross earnings.

Maybe this gives you a reason to visit Portugal!

Happy Spinning 🙂

Oh please, more bricks in the hype wall for casinos promising “thrilling spins” while sneaking away cash. Feels exhausting and disappointing!
