Yggdrasil Expands!
This may not seem like a big deal to anyone outside of Finland but let me tell you why it should be more important than you think. Yggdrasil is expanding their large list of games into Finland. Finland currently has one major gaming operator called ‘Veikkaus’. Of course, this is highly regulated in the Scandinavian market and highly trusted so for Yggdrasil to be able to come in and make a deal with them, is kind of huge.
Yggdrasil is set to share their full list of games Penguin City to Wolf Hunters with the Finnish Veikkaus. Any expansion into new markets not only means that the gaming business as a whole is thriving but, it also means that Yggdrasil itself is thriving in a difficult market. And, Finland players will be excited to receive some new games as their selection is not as large as the one we have in North America!
