UpayCard Takes Ripple!
For those of you who aren’t familiar with UPayCard, it is essentially a free e-wallet that provides money transfers almost instantly, cost-effectively and on a global scale! This lovely e-wallet is also available on a mobile platform making the use of UPay incredibly easy.
As most of you already know, cryptocurrencies have been a very large trend the past year. Cryptocurrencies a lot of people have never heard of are making their way into mainstream media and catching on. UPay is taking notice and making their best efforts to try and accept more payment methods to make using their e-wallet more convenient. Bitcoin is still the top dog of cryptocurrencies however, Ripple is making headway.
Ripple is a lot more centralized than let’s say Bitcoin and it’s backed by a lot of banks. It operates a little differently than other cryptocurrencies so if you’re thinking of investing in it, it’s best to do your research beforehand! A lot of people are scared that large banking institutions will eventually shut down Bitcoin but the good thing about Ripple is that it IS backed by many large banks so it seems nearly fullproof.
