Exciting news for residents of Japan….. or frequent vacationers….. Japan is passing a law as we speak to legalize land-based casinos!

Thanks to the Liberal Democrats, casinos will now be able to offer gaming activities which has been in the works since 2012. Before you guys get too excited, the passage of this bill doesn’t immediately mean that casinos are legalized and you can go out and play tomorrow BUT, it does mean that by 2023, land-based casinos are expected to start appearing and before you know it, Japan will have their own little Vegas.

With the legalization of land-based casinos raises the question: “Will online gaming happen?” What do you guys think? Usually, when land-based casinos appear, online gaming isn’t far behind and if this is the case, underground black market gambling will definitely take a nose dive and surface into the light.
