Pros

  • Progressive Jackpot
  • Eye catching backdrop

Cons

  • Fewer wins
  • Graphics could be more crisp

Now that we are mid-April, software providers are really hitting heavy with new Spring & Summer-themed slots.  This Red Tiger Gaming slot screams summer parties in New Orleans. This 5-reel 20 payline slot has higher symbols, as well as lower paying symbols. The higher paying symbols you will want to keep your eyes out for include: a red-haired woman, a pocket watch, a top hat and a gold ring. The lower paying symbols are playing cards from 10, J, Q, K and Ace.

Word of advice, when you spot the Royal Masque Symbol, you know you’ve hit it big. It can cover 2, 3 or 4 reels and transform into one of the normal symbols to make certain you win 🙂

The Golden Masque is a pretty average-sized bonus. When you land on it, it spins the reels to give you one standard symbol. If you are holding onto a Rabbit’s Foot, it may even duplicate itself for a greater shot at winning.

Perhaps my favorite thing about Masquerade is not the bonus features it offers but the fact that it IS a progressive jackpot 🙂 You can trigger this jackpot during the base game when you land on 3 of the jackpot symbols. From here, you can either activate a Mega, Super or Quick Hit prize pool which you will find on the left hand side of the reels.

Happy Spinning 🙂
