If you've never played Pai Gow Poker, it is one of those table games that everyone should try at least once. There doesn't seem to be much middle ground for this game. Most players either love it or hate it. The reason for this is that Pai Gow Poker is a lot of fun to play, but it carries a 2.5% house edge; certainly not the best in the casino.

Let It Ride, or Let 'em Ride as it is sometimes referred to, is a popular table game found at most land-based and online casinos around the world. One of the things that makes Let It Ride Poker so interesting is that it is not played against other players, nor is it even played against a dealer. It is basically the player versus himself, much like a video poker game, except that it is played on a felted table.

Caribbean Stud Poker is a popular game among most online casinos, and generally carries a large progressive jackpot that can be won by any player who chooses to make the optional progressive side bet. The chances of winning the side bet aren’t very good, thus the majority of players ignore this portion of the game, choosing to play only the standard hand of Caribbean Stud Poker.

Caribbean Holdem is a perfect mix of Caribbean Stud and Texas Holdem. Like its Holdem poker cousin, players are given 2 hole cards and eventually five community cards with which to develop the best 5-card poker hand. However, similar to Caribbean Stud, players are not subject to the competition of a full table of players to compete against, instead pitting their own hand strength against only the hand of the dealer.

Caribbean Draw Poker is an exciting mix of Draw Poker and Caribbean Stud. Like most draw poker games, each player is given 5 cards to start and a draw phase with which to try and better their hand. However, it is akin to Caribbean Stud in regards to each player facing off only with the dealer, not each other. It’s a fun, fast paced game with a lot of profit potential for the tactful player.

Players are not obligated to make a side bet, but if they choose to do so, they can win some extremely lucrative payouts depending on the cards dealt to their original hand. Aside from the side bet option, the game is pretty standard, although there are a few interesting variations to the traditional rules.

Each player is required to play two hands of blackjack at a time, thereby giving them the choice to "switch"? the second card dealt to each hand with the other hand. You can even switch the cards to produce a blackjack.
